Peace day

minimal-desktop-wallpaper-imagine-peaceSeptember 21st is the International Day of Peace.

‘Peace’ is something that most of us think is a great idea but sometimes have no idea how to put in to action.

Peace MUST begin within ourselves and radiate outward-there is no other way to initiate a flow of peaceful, positive energy into the world unless it originates from our core being.

How do we get to our core being?

Strip away all of the expectations, wants, have-to’s, should/could have’s, but if’s and we will be returned to just ourselves without the ego.

It is in this precious moment that we are most vulnerable but also most pure. It is in this moment that we make choices that are most real.

On September 21st, I beg you to take a moment to yourself out of the year to become pure. To become vulnerable. To become most real.

In a bruised world at such a crucial time it is my hope is that all the hate, separation and anxiety melt away and are replaced by love, empathy and peace.

Each moment in our lives is an opportunity to be connected.

Every second allows us the choice to send out a little more positive energy.

On September 21st, if only for one day, let’s all become the change we wish to see in the world.
